Great News! Now it’s even easier to switch your services to Chicane.

Here’s a bit of good news for you – thanks to new Ofcom regulations, From 20th June 2015, for switches of broadband services provided over Openreach’s network, customers will no longer need to contact their losing provider in order to switch their broadband services.
The new ‘gaining provider led’ process, similar to the process already in place for transferring your telephone line to a new provider, removes the need for a ‘MAC’ (Migration Authority Code) from your losing provider and allows your gaining provider to initiate the transfer at your request, managing the whole process on your behalf.
So, if you want to switch your broadband, Fibre or telephone line(s) over to Chicane, all you need to do is contact us, and we will do the rest. Meaning less hassle for you!
